4. Room Conversations

To maintain community safety and improve moderation, Uplift stores support room conversations. These logs are:

Used to investigate reports, improve safety, and train moderators
Not visible to other users
Permanently deleted when you delete your account

5. Sharing Your Info

We do not sell your personal data.

We may share data with:

Trusted service providers (e.g., Firebase)
Law enforcement, if legally required
In the case of a business merger or acquisition

6. Data Retention

We keep your data only as long as needed:

Your account info stays active until you delete it
Room logs and moderation actions are deleted after account deletion
Backup data is securely stored and eventually purged

But no system is 100% secure. We encourage you to use Uplift on trusted devices and report suspicious activity.

8. Age Requirement

Uplift is for users 18 years or older. If you’re under 18, don’t use the app. If we find an account is underage, we will delete it.
